For Shadow 2 3wt and 4wt models, the competition kit adds customization options for length and balance.  Each kit comes with a fighting butt, 5 10gr counter-weights, and two 6″ extensions.

Built with RIO’s ultra-low stretch ConnectCore Technology. Each line has a 15ft long sinking tip, attached to a unique, fatter body section that eliminates the “kick” usually associated with casting sink tip lines.

RIO’s Two Tone Indicator Tippet changes color every 8” for visibility when tight line nymphing. The colors create maximum contrast in this nylon tippet.

Built on a stiff core for tropical conditions, and featuring our AST Plus slickness additive, the Bonefish taper is designed with a long, compound head for casting accuracy and delicate deliveries to fish.

The Sonar Musky has a powerful head to turn over extremely large flies. Oversized running line for increased line management and positive strip sets. This intermediate running line with Sink 5 head works well for rivers and lakes.
