RIO’S TAPERED TARPON LEADER has been designed for the ultimate in performance when tarpon fishing, with a fully tapered leader running down to the shock tippet, which gives far better turnover and presentation than level ones.

RIO's striped bass leaders are made of a medium-stiff nylon and have a powerful butt and taper design that easily turns over large striper patterns and copes with tough winds. Each leader is 7ft long and available from 10lb (0.012") to 30lb (0.022").

RIO's Redfish/Seatrout Leaders have been designed to pursue Redfish, Sea trout and other similar saltwater species. They have a taper design that easily turns over typical saltwater patterns, and are made of a medium stiff nylon that cope with tough wind.
